I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your efforts as we all worked together to find the right budgeting solution for our company.  And although we are not moving forward in the immediate future with the budgeting software, I very much look forward to working with NALPRO to initiate this project in the near future and also to see the final product of the 3 reports that were recently created for RATG.

I remember in the Summer of 2005 when you came into our office to pick up the pieces of an almost broken relationship.  You met with us and stressed how important it was for you to have satisfied clients, to always be focused on what is good and right for the customer and that you were willing to do whatever it took to work with us to get things straightened out.  It's been 2 ½ years since your involvement with our company and I, for one, am grateful to have finally found a vendor that really strives to provide excellent customer service and not only talks the talk but really walks the walk.
